
Refund Policy
Here at Seamoss London we value our customers dearly and aim for all products to reach each individual satisfaction. To ensure this we allow customers to highlight any preferences, in which we then alter our recipe.
Being that Seamoss is a perishable product typically we dont offer refunds. However we have a 7-day return policy, giving the customer a 7-day threshold to request a return upon receiving the item. The earlier you contact us during this grace period, to express your dissatisfaction, the more likely you are to be granted a refund.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is able to receieve your order.
We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong addressed details.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exceptions / Non-returnables
Certain types of item cannot be returned like perishable goods (such as smoothies & seamoss gels). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest alternative to ensure your needs are met, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, notify us of the item you intend to exchange for.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've made a decision on your return, and let you know of its approval status. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Do remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
